A spectacular one-of-a-kind necklace by Marina B, masterfully crafted in 18K gold and showcasing an extraordinary arrangement of vibrant turquoise cabochons and approximately 48-50 carats of brilliant-cut diamonds. The richly saturated turquoise stones are artfully arranged in graduated clusters, each framed by delicate halos of diamonds that create an intricate, highly dimensional design.
Circa 1983, this exceptional "Gina" choker is one of only five ever created - and the only example crafted with vibrant turquoise, originally made for the daughter of Marina B's friend. The elaborate openwork construction and sculptural gold detailing are hallmarks of Marina B’s distinctive Italian design aesthetic.
